- These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using “MoneyFollow” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) provided by ComforTech (hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”).
- By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Overview and Disclaimer)
- The App is a tool for simulating and managing future living expenses and asset changes.
- Calculation results shown in the App do not guarantee future performance and are not a substitute for financial or legal professional advice. Decisions regarding asset management and life planning are made at the user’s own responsibility.
Article 3 (Data Management)
Input data in the App is saved on the user’s device. The Operator is not responsible for data loss caused by uninstallation or device failure.
Article 4 (Changes to Terms)
The Operator may modify these Terms as necessary.
