1. These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using “Mainichi Patch” provided by ComforTech.
2. By using the App, users agree to these Terms. Minors should use the App under parent or guardian consent and supervision.

Article 2 (Service Overview)

1. The App provides tools to record and manage vision training (eye patch occlusion training) time.
2. Data recorded in the App is for self-management and does not guarantee vision improvement or medical treatment.

Article 3 (Data Management & Disclaimer)

Input data is saved only on the user’s device. The Operator is not responsible for data loss due to app deletion or device change.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in illegal activities, intellectual property infringement, or reverse engineering of the App.

Article 5 (Medical Disclaimer)

The App is not a medical device. Please follow instructions from qualified eye care professionals.
