ComforTech (hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, in the application “Mainichi Patch” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).
Information collected in the App is as follows:
- Information directly entered or provided by the user
- Training Records: Time of eye patch occlusion training, eye used (right, left, both), stamps used, record date/time, etc. (Stored locally on the device only, not sent to external servers).
- Settings: Target time, background settings, reminder notification settings, etc. (Stored locally on the device only).
- Photo Stamp Images: Images selected by the user as photo stamps (Copied and stored locally on the device only).
- Inquiry Information: Text content submitted via the in-app inquiry form and optional reply email address.
- Automatically Collected Information
- App/Device Info on Inquiry: App name, app version, and OS type (iOS / Android) automatically collected when sending inquiries.
- Note: The App does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs or advertising modules (such as AdMob). Usage data is not transmitted externally for analysis purposes.
2. Purpose of Use
The collected information is used for providing, maintaining, and improving basic functions of the App and responding to inquiries.
3. Data Storage and Management
Training data, settings, and photo stamps are stored exclusively on the user’s device. No cloud backup is performed by the Operator. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all local data.
